David is an entrepreneur and investor with over 15 years’ experience in Technology, Executive Management, Business Development, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations and Investments. He has led and managed several multimillion dollar transactions and entered into joint venture business agreements in the Caribbean.
He is currently the Director of KIW International Ltd and chairs the Finance, Audit and Investment Committee, director of Apex Perimeter Protection Limited, and past board member of INSPORTS.
David is highly analytical, with excellent problem solving and decision making skills, which have proven useful in his business and investment interests. He also has a keen eye for identifying new market opportunities, and potential investments. He has good knowledge of local and international stocks, private equity, fixed income, and real estate and routinely conducts his own investment analysis and decisions.
Mr. Jackson is a Chartered Accountant, and financial analyst and has done extensive research on financial and economic matters. He has a wealth of knowledge on the local stock market from its inception in 1969 and is often referred to in Jamaica as the stock market guru by many in the industry.
He is Chairman of Jetcon Corporation, KIW International, and Jamaica Deposit Insurance Corporation, Acting Chairman of Jamaica Teas, and serves on the board on the Development Bank of Jamaica.
He is the founder of the website IC Insider.com that primarily covers financial and other information within the Caribbean and Ghana; and the publisher of Investor’s Choice. He also founded the audit firm Jackson Burnett Parkinson which is now renamed Crooks Jackson Burnett.
He advised, coordinated and worked on the documentation for the Initial Public Offering of the shares of Jetcon Corporation Limited that led to its listing on the junior market of the Jamaica Stock Exchange where he is also an approved mentor.
Mr Jackson is a graduate of Southwest London College and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica.
Mr. Mahfood is experienced in local and international retail and trade, mergers, expansions and turnarounds. He brings his expertise to bear on his own corporation, where he undertakes developing and implementing guidelines, internal controls and human resource procedures.
The Group’s list of companies include Jamaican Teas Limited with its Tetley and Caribbean Dreams brands; H. Mahfood and Sons Limited, a real estate development arm, with holdings in Kingston and St. Thomas; and Shoppers’ Delite Enterprise Limited, which operates supermarkets in Kingston and Savanna-La-Mar.
Under Mr. Mahfood’s leadership, in 2013, Jamaican Teas Limited was named Champion Exporter and Champion Manufacturer Category II by the Jamaica Exporters’ Association, and received the Enablement Award from the Jamaica Manufacturers’ Association.
Mr. Mahfood, who has been a 2014 Jamaica Observer Business Leader nominee, is a Certified Public Accountant and a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Marcus holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting & Finance from Howard University.
